FASCA Raleigh
Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors - Raleigh Chapter
WHO WE ARE
Since 2011, the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) has launched the Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors (FASCA) program in the United States and Canada. This program fosters connections between second and third-generation Taiwanese youth overseas and their cultural heritage in Taiwan.
FASCA offers a comprehensive experience where participants engage in educational training courses in their local cities, contribute to their communities through volunteer projects, and even participate in a dedicated training course and visit to Taiwan. The program emphasizes both learning and active participation, aims to deepen participants' understanding of Taiwan, cultivate their talents, and empower them to become youth ambassadors promoting Taiwan through public diplomacy.

The Raleigh chapter was founded in 2022 and encompassed the Charlotte area until 2025.
